The single-saw edger " Taiga K-1" is essentially an industrial "circular". The edge cutter refers to the equipment of the second row, which allows to obtain edged lumber for further use in the furniture industry or the construction sector. It belongs to stationary machines, is designed to operate from an electric network (equipped with an electric motor with a power of 5.5 kW) and is quite easy to operate. Despite the external simplicity, the edger allows you to quickly obtain high-quality lumber with clear shapes and without defects, in accordance with the requirements of export contracts. Using the " Taiga K-1" edge cutter at small and medium-sized woodworking enterprises, it is possible to obtain up to 8 cubic meters of edged products per shift, depending on the type and quality of the source material.

The double-edged cutters " Taiga K-2", "K2-M" are arranged in such a way (saw blades rigidly fixed to the shafts of electric motors) that the sawing process is carried out in both directions and this seriously affects the speed of obtaining high-quality products. Lumber obtained using edging machines can easily be used not only as a construction board, but also in the furniture industry, as well as exports.
