UVS-3000 units are designed to remove chips and dust when working on woodworking equipment (but not for work with grinding equipment, during which explosive gas-dust mixtures are formed), and are also used to remove chips in the production of plastic, aluminum doors and windows. For purification (filtration) of polluted air generated during the production of building materials, stone processing, food production, re-packaging of bulk materials and its return to the room. They allow to reduce the loss of thermal energy up to 100% associated with the abandonment of the use of a traditional ventilation hood, by replacing it, in whole or in part, with HVAC installations. They also help to save up to 40% of electricity by drastically reducing the cost of supply ventilation and connecting the chip pump electric motor to the start button of the machine being serviced. Clean the air with a filter from chips and dust with a size of 5 microns.
